The highly anticipated second season of Squid Game has gained additional cast members, and Netflix has announced a premiere date.
Several fan-favorite characters, including Lee Jung-Jae as Gi-hun, Park Hae-soo as Sang-woo, and Oh Yeong-su as Il-Nam, will return for the second season, which will launch on the streaming giant’s platform in 2024.

Hwang Dong-hyuk, the man behind the first Squid Game, will return to helm its sequel. The series is adapted by Siren Pictures from Hwang Dong-hyuk’s book of the same name.
